Is the service agreement really valid in Nigeria?

I am a decorator, not a planner. Does this apply?

Yes. Modules 01, 02, 03, 04, and 06 apply to any service business. Module 05 is the most event-specific, and even there the walkthrough and debrief templates are useful to any vendor.
