Digital products are final
Once a digital product is delivered, it cannot be returned, so all sales are generally final. This is standard for instant downloads, because the product cannot be un-received.
When we will help
If your file is faulty, will not open, or you were charged incorrectly, contact us within seven days and we will fix it, resend it, or refund it. We are reasonable people running a real business, and we want you to have what you paid for.
What to do
Email us at the address below with your order details and a short description of the problem. Include your Selar receipt if you have it. We respond quickly.
Consulting and services
Consulting, coaching, and speaking engagements have their own terms, set out in the proposal or agreement for that engagement, including any deposit and cancellation terms.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Almost every issue can be solved faster with a simple email, and we would rather sort it out directly.
